AirRite Inc., a 58-year-old heating and air conditioning company located in Fort Worth, announced today that Scott Miller has joined the company as Commercial Service Manager. Miller’s responsibilities include spearheading the commercial service and commercial replacement sectors at AirRite, giving the company an opportunity to better serve businesses and corporations in the area.
Miller has a 32-year proven track record of building commercial service related businesses. His tenure in HVAC commercial business within the Tarrant county and North Texas areas has built a strong following of business owners and building engineers who entrust their properties to Miller and his team for HVAC repair and maintenance solutions .
“I am pleased to be joining the AirRite team” said Miller. “This is a natural fit for my skill sets and training, and I am happy to add to the company’s core belief to provide excellence in customer service.”
Strengthening the commercial service focus for AirRite was a strategic objective outlined by Brad Crawford and Tim Buford, owners of Crawford Services Inc. when they purchased AirRite from Larry Taylor in January 2013. Crawford Services, based in Dallas, has a 35-year history of providing superior commercial and residential HVAC services. With a superb engineering and sheet metal production facility, Crawford Services works with AirRite to support full-service commercial business. With 15 licensed service technicians and a total of 110 employees, AirRite is fully equipped to service the commercial HVAC needs within Tarrant County.
“One of our acquisition goals when we purchased this company was to leverage the people skills, brand equity and great facilities of AirRite while expanding the company further into commercial and high-end residential new construction,” said Crawford. “When we found the right leadership in Scott Miller it became an easy decision to move forward.”
AirRite will use its 24/7 live customer service answering and call scheduling, a strong asset of the company, in the commercial service arena as well. “We want our customers to be able to speak with a live person who is highly trained to meet their immediate needs regardless of the day of the week or time of day/night. We also offer internet call scheduling if that is the most convenient method for a customer,” added Crawford.
As a Fort Worth native, Brad Crawford appreciates the locally operated and owned businesses in the community. Crawford Services recently completed a major HVAC renovation for Colonial Country Club and is presently working on hospitals and other projects in Fort Worth.
“My goal is for thousands of people who already enjoy AirRite’s residential HVAC service to also be able to enjoy the same level of service for their place of work,” said Crawford.
